1. เราคือใคร
Sunsip เป็นเกมของ lenploen ("เรา") ติดต่อเราได้ที่ support@lenploen.com
2. ข้อมูลที่เกมเก็บ
- ความคืบหน้าในเกมและการตั้งค่า เช่น เหรียญ อาคาร แรงก์ ชื่อตัวละครที่คุณตั้ง เสียง และภาษา บันทึกไว้ ในเครื่องของคุณ รูปที่คุณถ่ายในเกมก็บันทึกในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น
- รหัสผู้เล่น (UID) เป็นตัวเลข 9 หลักที่เกมสุ่มสร้างในเครื่อง ไม่ได้ผูกกับชื่อจริง อีเมล หรือเบอร์โทร ใช้เพื่อช่วยเหลือคุณเวลาติดต่อมา และใช้กับข้อมูลการเล่นและโค้ดของขวัญด้านล่าง

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร

4. การเก็บรักษาและการลบ

5. เด็ก

6. สิทธิของคุณ (พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล / PDPA)
คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ลบ ระงับ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ ติดต่อ support@lenploen.com พร้อมแจ้ง UID ของคุณ (ดูได้ที่หน้าแรกของเกม หรือหน้าโปรไฟล์) คุณยังมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

1. Who we are
Sunsip is made by lenploen ("we"). Contact: support@lenploen.com.
2. What the game collects
- Game progress and settings (coins, buildings, rank, the character name you choose, sound, language) are saved on your device. Photos you take in the game also stay on your device.
- Player ID (UID): a 9-digit number made at random on your device. It is not linked to your real name, email or phone number. It lets us help you when you contact us, and it is sent with the play data and gift codes below.
- Play data (analytics): to improve the game, it sends us in-game events such as sessions starting and ending, tutorial steps, rank-ups, what you build or buy in the game, and game errors, together with your UID, game version, device model, operating system and device language. We keep them in our own Google Sheets. Turn this off at any time in Settings > Share play data; the game then deletes anything not yet sent and records nothing more.
- Gift codes and mail: when you enter a code or open the mailbox, the game sends the code and your UID to our service on Google Apps Script to check the code and deliver the gift.
- Ads: the game has optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch them) from Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and usage data. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent first with Google's form, and you can change your choice in Settings > Ad privacy options. - Time check: the game sends a small request to google.com or cloudflare.com to read the current time (so changing the device clock does not break timers). It carries no data about you; those services see your IP address, as with any internet connection.
- Notifications are made on your device, not sent through us. Turn them off in Settings > Notifications.
- In-app purchases (once enabled) are paid through Google Play or the App Store. We only receive the result of a purchase so we can deliver it, never your card or payment details.
3. How we use it
To run the game, make it more fun and fix its problems, deliver gifts and purchases, and help you when you contact us. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Keeping and deleting data
Game data stays on your device; deleting the game deletes it. Play data and code history are kept for at most 24 months. To have them deleted, email us your UID and we will delete the data linked to it within 30 days. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you.
5. Children
The game is not designed to collect data from children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect it. If a parent finds that a child sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights (Thailand's PDPA)
You may ask to access, get a copy of, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@lenploen.com with your UID (shown on the title screen and in your profile). You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the game will tell you on its title screen.
